We are a full service electrical contractor with over 25 years experience with a “Specialty” in Back-up Power Generation.

We have installed over 100 generators since 1999 in a wide range, from 12kW residential units to 750KW industrial power plants.

Customized installations for any requirement are available and we will perform turn-key total projects so you only have one person to work with to complete your project. We offer a wide range of equipment from 12kW to 2000kW and in various fuel configurations from propane, natural gas, diesel, and we are now able to offer a dual fuel unit that operates on natural gas & diesel fuels simultaneously. We offer a broad range of switchgear to fit your needs as well as many different models of ATS (automatic transfer switch) units. We offer ATS units from 100-amps to 2600-amps and can order custom units to fit your needs. We will make a site visit and help determine your requirements and we utilize the latest software in generator sizing requirements for the engines as well as the generating kW sizing.

We work for several major broadcasting groups in the Kansas City are and we are very familiar with working in and around the transmitter and tower sites in the communications industry. We are currently involved in a project with A.L. Huber General Contractor and Wilks Broadcasting performing a 15,000 Sq. Ft. remodel and tenant finish in their office and broadcast studios in Kansas City.

Richland Towers™ is one of our Broadcasting customers and we completed the full remodel of their Kansas City Facility which has taken place in 2002 – 2003 with (2) 4000-amp services, and a 100kW backup generator for the common areas, tower elevator & lighting.

In 2005 & 2006 we performed several tenant finishes including an 8,000 sq. ft. tenant finish with warehouse and sales for Western Extralite Co. We also did the complete electrical installation for a Hollywood Video in Parkville, MO, which included 44 high-bay lights.

We are equipped and capable of handling multiple installation projects and are currently working on a project installing (30) 45kW generators and 1000 gallon propane talks for a major electrical utility to back up their communications network in various locations over the North-West quadrant of Missouri. In 2006 we installed 18 diesel generators for Cingular wireless at various cell tower sites in Missouri and Kansas. In 2005 & 2006 we installed 18 propane generators for Kdot, (Kansas Dept. of Transportation), at locations all over Kansas.

Since we are a full service contractor we can take care of your needs of replacing breaker & panels, to installing all new computerized switchgear to update your store, warehouse, or manufacturing plant.
